This is a weekend in which you have to train extensively in order to pass the exams that test your strength, endurance, and coaching ability.
The fail rate is very high because the technical competency in order to pass is held to a very high standard. These standards have helped us develop our approach to make sure you are utilizing kettlebells safely and effectively.

Anything can be dangerous when done incorrectly or with the wrong programming. We pride ourselves in our ability to gradually scale the intensity of the training to meet you exactly where you are at. We’ve taught everyone from the older adult and kids to professional athletes and other trainers.
