RESET
Reset with positioning, manual work, and light exercise to decrease pain and restore mobility
REINTEGRATE
Reintegrate muscular firing through manual resistance, isolation exercise, and long duration holds.
RELOAD
Reload improved movement patterns and load the system. Goal is to increase strength and endurance.
What do you get with our services?
One on one time with your physical therapist for a full hour.
We know that seeing multiple patients during the same hour is not an effective way to work with people in pain.
Everyone needs their individual stories heard, constant re-assessment, proper movement and loading progressions, and the attention to detail that is only attainable in longer, one hour sessions.
A holistic approach that takes that takes the whole body in to consideration.
Our process takes into consideration the area that is currently experiencing symptoms as well as checking the rest of your body to make sure that all your movements are optimal.
Our treatment paradigm includes skilled manual therapy and progressive exercise loading with an emphasis on communication and trust between patient and therapist. We believe this paradigm gets people moving and feeling better in a more complete and sustainable way.
In-depth email and continuously updated programming
Our goal is to make sure we are on the same page and to know exactly what we’re working on together to get you back to doing the things you love.
We take extra steps to write detailed evaluation emails to give you a recap of the session with your physical therapist as well as updated programming after every session.
Access to your provider between appointments
We know that optimal, proactive healthcare requires us to be able to support you not only during our sessions but also when you’re out living your life.
